To strengthen our team, we are looking for:

A English-speaking childcare professional

Easy-kid-care  is a day-care nursery with top-class standards, exceptional early learning programmes and bilingual care in English and German. Children between the ages of 3 months and 6 years are encouraged individually in their physical, mental and social development, while being lovingly cared for by our wonderful team.

What we expect from you:

• You promote the physical, mental and emotional development of children using easy-kid-care educational concepts.
• You focus on the basic and developmental needs of the children, giving them opportunities to participate in fun activities whilst promoting independence.
• You observe and document the educational and developmental processes of children.
• You work in partnership with the parents, building positive relationships.
• Together with your team, you contribute to the further development of the educational concept.

You inspire us:

• You have a basic education in childcare and pedagogy
• You have a recognition of foreign professional qualifications from the State Secretariat for Education SERI
• You see yourself as a responsible and extremely loving carer, working in a development-friendly environment.
• You treat children with openness and respect, building relationships and rituals is important to you.
• You are interested in contributing your own ideas, have a positive attitude and are innovative.
