Start your career in childcare while already earning and learning!

Are you interested in working with children and building a meaningful career in early childhood education?

At LearningTribe, we offer a unique opportunity to begin working with us now as a paid intern, gain hands-on experience in a professional childcare environment, and transition into the FaBeK childcare apprenticeship starting in August.

This pathway allows you to explore the profession, develop your skills, and join the FaBeK training program with confidence and real experience.

What you will experience:

As an intern you will gradually learn the daily work of early childhood educators, including:

• Supporting children in their daily routines and development

• Helping create engaging activities, games and creative projects

• Participating in outdoor play, excursions and exploration

• Learning how to build trusting relationships with children and families

• Assisting educators with daily care and educational activities

• Contributing to a safe, structured and joyful learning environment

This internship is designed to help you discover whether the profession of childcare educator (FaBeK) is the right path for you.
