Your Responsibilities:

• Guide and support children in their development while organizing a creative and varied daily routine.
• Plan and implement educational activities based on our bespoke curriculum.
• Collaborate closely with parents, fostering a trusting and open communication.
• Ensure a safe and trusting environment where children feel comfortable and secure.
• Work closely with your team to maintain and further develop our high-quality standards.

What You Bring:

• CACHE Level 3 Diploma with or without recognition.
• Passion for working with children and enthusiasm for fostering their development.
• Team spirit, creativity, and the ability to bring the curriculum to life.
• Open and confident communication skills with parents, colleagues, and children.
• Interest in your own professional and personal development.
